Reservation Golf Club was established in 1895.

In 1887 Charles King bought up property at the head of the harbor near the mouth of the Mattapoisett River and built a large summer home known as the Reservation, so named as this area at the mouth of the river had been a favorite camping ground for the Wampanoags in years past. Mr. King was a golfer and laid out a course that continues to this day. Since then, it has been known as the Reservation Golf Club.

Reservation Golf Club is a 9-hole private course/club that features 2,788 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 35 on the back nine with amazing views of Mattapoisett Harbor, Eel Pond and the Mattapoisett River.

Golf and Clubhouse Hours

Sat & Sun open at 6:45 AM, Mon – Fri open at 7:15 AM. Tee times are required. Please call the Golf Shop or use the Members Only tab to reserve a tee time. All golfers must register in the Golf Shop prior to commencing your round

Clubhouse Bar Hours

Sun 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Mon-Sat 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Bar will not close prior to specified times and remain open until 12:30 AM should demand dictate.

C-Dog’s Kitchen Hours

Mon & Wed 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Thur 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Fri 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Mixed Scotch nights only), Sat & Sun 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
